Real Estate Developers in Pakistan

Housing, apartment and holiday-home projects in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Nathiagali and Ayubia needed far more serious buyer enquiries, at a lower cost per lead.

The challenge

Before working with us, the developers relied on boosted Facebook posts and a previous agency. Enquiries were inconsistent, many were not serious buyers, and there was no clear view of which campaigns actually led to site visits and bookings.

Our approach

We ran one connected acquisition system: Google Ads for people searching for the projects and areas, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead and WhatsApp campaigns aimed at local buyers, overseas Pakistanis, investors and holiday-home buyers, fast project landing pages and websites, and local SEO with Google Business Profile so each project could be found on Google Search and Maps. Leads came in by WhatsApp, phone calls, lead forms and walk-ins at the site or office.

Client names withheld for confidentiality. Figures are approximate, rounded ranges across the developers' projects in 2025.

What changed

  • More site and office visits from serious buyers
  • More bookings and sales across the projects
  • Projects ranking on Google Search and Google Maps for their names and areas
  • Better lead quality, with fewer non-serious enquiries

How the engagement ran

Phase 1: Foundations

Project landing pages and websites built for mobile, with WhatsApp, call and form enquiries set up as clear next steps for buyers.

Phase 2: Paid acquisition

Google Ads for high-intent project and area searches, plus Meta lead and WhatsApp campaigns for local buyers, overseas Pakistanis, investors and holiday-home buyers.

Phase 3: Local visibility

Google Business Profile and SEO for each project, so buyers searching the project name or area also found it on Google Maps.

Phase 4: Scale what works

Budget moved toward the campaigns producing site visits and bookings, not just form fills, with creative refreshed regularly.

What made the difference

Lead quality, not just volume

We optimised campaigns toward enquiries that turned into site and office visits, which cut wasted spend on casual clicks and is a big reason the cost per lead fell while volume grew.

Search and social working together

Meta ads created interest in each project; Google Search, Maps and the project websites captured the people who then searched for it. Running both under one plan meant no channel was judged on its own in isolation.

Local visibility for every project

Projects in Lahore, the twin cities and the Galyat each needed their own pages and Google Business Profile presence, because buyers search by project name and by area.

Frequently asked questions

How many leads did the real estate projects get?

Across the developers' projects, monthly enquiries grew from roughly 50-150 before the engagement to 600+ at peak in 2025, while cost per lead fell by roughly 20-50%.

Which channels worked best for real estate in Pakistan?

A combination worked best: Google Ads for people searching for projects and areas, Meta lead and WhatsApp campaigns to create interest, and Google Business Profile plus SEO so each project appeared on Google Search and Maps.

Can you run real estate marketing for projects outside Islamabad?

Yes. These projects were in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Nathiagali and Ayubia. We also run real estate marketing for developers and agencies in Dubai, the UK, the USA and Australia.

What budget does a real estate developer need?

It depends on the project size and how fast units need to sell. At peak these developers invested over PKR 2 million a month in ads. Smaller projects can start much lower and scale once cost per lead is proven.
