Cost per lead calculator

Enter your ad spend, cost per lead, close rate and sale value to see how many leads and customers to expect, what each customer costs you and whether the campaign pays back.

Enter your numbers

This applies the numbers you enter. It is not a forecast, and real results depend on your market, offer, price and follow-up.

How to read the results

Leads per month is your ad spend divided by your cost per lead. Customers per month applies your close rate to those leads. Cost per customer is what you pay in ads for each sale. Return on ad spend compares revenue to spend, where 1.00x means you break even before other costs.

Why cost per lead alone can mislead

A cheap lead that never buys costs more than an expensive lead that does. Two numbers decide whether a campaign works: how many leads become customers, and how much each customer is worth. Change the close rate above and watch how much it moves your result. It is often the fastest way to improve, because it depends on how quickly and well you follow up.

Ways to lower your cost per lead

  • Tighten the audience or keywords so fewer irrelevant people click.
  • Send traffic to a fast mobile page with one clear action.
  • Add WhatsApp as a way to enquire, because many buyers prefer it to forms.
  • Test several creatives and stop the weakest after a fair sample.
  • Track qualified leads, not just total leads.

Frequently asked questions

What is cost per lead?

Cost per lead is the amount you spend on marketing divided by the number of leads it produces. If you spend PKR 100,000 and receive 250 enquiries, your cost per lead is PKR 400.

What is a good cost per lead?

There is no single number. A good cost per lead is one that still leaves a profit after your close rate and sale value. A PKR 300 lead can be excellent for a high-value property and poor for a low-margin product. Use the calculator to test your own numbers.

How do I lower my cost per lead?

Improve the offer and creative, send traffic to a fast page with a clear action, add WhatsApp as an option, target tighter audiences and keywords, and remove spend from campaigns that do not produce qualified enquiries.

What is the difference between a lead and a qualified lead?

A lead is anyone who leaves their details or messages you. A qualified lead matches your budget, location and need. Cost per qualified lead is the more useful number, because it excludes enquiries you can never convert.

Are the results from the calculator a forecast?

No. It applies the numbers you enter and shows what they imply. Real results depend on your market, offer, price and follow-up, and are not a guarantee.
