The challenge

Before working with us, the clinic relied on boosted Instagram posts, walk-ins and referrals, and a previous agency. Enquiries came in waves rather than steadily, and it was hard to tell which posts actually brought in patients.

Our approach

We built treatment-by-treatment campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Search for Hydrafacial and skin facials, laser hair removal, Botox and fillers, and hair treatments such as PRP. We improved the website and social content, and strengthened the clinic's Google Business Profile and local SEO. Patients could enquire by WhatsApp, Instagram DM, phone or the online booking form, whichever was easiest for them.

Client name withheld for confidentiality. Figures are approximate, rounded ranges from the 2024 engagement.

What changed

  • More booked appointments, not just enquiries
  • More Google reviews from real patients
  • The clinic ranking on Google Maps for aesthetic clinic searches in the twin cities
  • Stronger Instagram following and engagement
  • A 20-50% lower cost per enquiry while volume grew

How the engagement ran

Phase 1: Foundations

Website and treatment pages tidied up, Google Business Profile updated, and simple enquiry routes set up: WhatsApp, Instagram DM, phone and online booking.

Phase 2: Paid campaigns

Separate Meta and Google campaigns for each treatment, so each offer reached the people actually looking for it.

Phase 3: Local visibility

Google Business Profile activity, patient reviews and local SEO so the clinic appeared on Google Maps for nearby searches.

Phase 4: Optimise

Budget moved toward the treatments and ads producing booked appointments, with fresh social content and creatives.

What made the difference

One campaign per treatment

Facials, laser, injectables and hair treatments each attract different patients, so each got its own message and audience instead of one generic ad.

Enquiry routes patients prefer

Many patients prefer to message rather than fill in a form, so WhatsApp and Instagram DMs were made the easiest next step, alongside calls and online booking.

Reviews and Maps working with ads

As reviews grew and the clinic ranked on Google Maps, people who saw the ads and then searched for the clinic found strong social proof.

Frequently asked questions

How many patient enquiries did the aesthetic clinic get?

Monthly enquiries grew from roughly 30-60 before the engagement to 150-250 at best within 3-6 months in 2024, with cost per enquiry 20-50% lower.

Which treatments did you promote?

Hydrafacial and skin facials, laser hair removal, Botox and fillers, and hair treatments such as PRP, each with its own campaign.

What budget does an aesthetic clinic need for ads?

This clinic invested roughly PKR 200,000-500,000 a month in ads. Smaller clinics can start lower and scale once the cost per enquiry is proven.
