Why doesn't this show follower counts or engagement?
Those platforms gate that data behind official APIs requiring app review. A tool that scraped it would violate their terms and break constantly — so we only check what's honestly verifiable.
Why does it say it "could not confirm reachability" sometimes?
Some platforms block automated requests, even legitimate ones. When that happens we say so honestly rather than guessing — the link may be working fine.
Is the benchmark report using real data about my accounts?
No — it's built entirely from the numbers you type in yourself. We compare your self-reported posting frequency against general cadence guidelines used across the industry. It's a useful gut-check, not a verified audit, and we say so on the page.
