A practical scope to discuss

Prepare a shot list for a defined product family with consistent main views, detail images and an agreed in-use concept. Confirm backgrounds, dimensions, styling, supplied products and the extent of editing before scheduling.

This is an illustrative planning example. It describes a possible engagement and does not represent a published client result or a promise that the same approach suits every business. The proposal should identify the actual deliverables, dependencies and acceptance criteria.

How we would assess the work

Review completeness, sharpness, consistent presentation and delivered formats against the brief. Changes in orders or returns require later store evidence and cannot be promised from a completed image set.

Review delivered images against the agreed shot list, formats and approved editing approach. Permissions, styling, products, premises access, travel and any specialist preparation need clear responsibilities. A photography booking does not automatically include an advertising campaign or website build.

From discovery to an agreed first phase

Start with the business objective, the existing customer journey and the systems or materials already in place. Identify the person who can approve facts, account access and delivery decisions. Review the existing website and useful pages before deciding whether the work needs a new destination or an improvement to an established one.

The first phase should be narrow enough to verify: a defined customer task, a specific offer or a bounded workflow. Agree what must be supplied by your team and what ZAVYANS will deliver. Review the evidence from that phase before extending the scope to more products, audiences, workflows or locations.

Deliverables, ownership and commercial scope

The written proposal defines the work included, revision or acceptance steps, reporting, handoff and ongoing responsibilities. Separate agency work from media spend, production, software subscriptions, model usage or other third-party costs where applicable. Published starting prices are a reference; the approved scope determines the quote.

Agree which accounts and assets remain under your business’s control, who may make changes and what is handed over at completion. Existing customer information and private operational data should be shared only through an agreed process. A broader strategy, ongoing management or an additional integration is included only when it is explicitly part of the engagement.
