Lead Scoring
Lead scoring is the practice of ranking leads by likelihood to convert, based on signals like source, engagement, and fit, so sales reps know who to call first.
Lead scoring works by assigning points to a lead based on attributes (job title, company size, source) and behavior (email opens, page visits, form fills). Once a lead crosses a threshold, it gets flagged as sales-ready. Done manually, this requires a spreadsheet and a lot of discipline; most modern CRMs automate it.
Zavyans CRM scores every new lead automatically as part of its AI assistant, so reps see who to call first without building the scoring model themselves.
